Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Landscape Laborers to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in producing excellent results, and wants opportunities to learn new skills in the landscaping industry.
Every day is different. You'll work alongside experienced crew members on residential landscape projects, helping transform outdoor spaces while gaining hands-on experience with professional equipment and installation techniques.
Responsibilities
- Install mulch, rock, plants, sod, and landscape edging.
- Perform trimming, pruning, weeding, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups.
- Assist with landscape renovations and new landscape installations.
- Help install paver walkways, patios, retaining walls, and drainage systems.
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, compact equipment, and power tools.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the day.
- Follow company safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners.
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and accept coaching.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
