We are hiring friendly, reliable and hard‑working team members with open availability on the following days:
- Weekdays: 1:00pm - 9:00pm (School season shifts begin at 3:00pm starting in September)
- Saturday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm or Sunday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
- Working one weekend day is required.
Weekend availability is required.
Hours increase during warmer months. If you cannot be flexible with seasonal scheduling, please do not apply.

Position Summary
Team Members are responsible for scooping and serving ice cream, preparing sundaes and milkshakes, assisting guests, running the register, maintaining shop cleanliness, restocking supplies, and creating a warm, positive experience for every customer.
Team Members help create a warm, memorable experience for every guest. Responsibilities include:
- Engage warmly with guests from the moment they enter to the moment they leave
- Offer flavor suggestions and answer ingredient questions
- Scoop ice cream consistently and efficiently (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Stand for extended periods
- Accurately ring up purchases and operate the POS system
- Manage daily inventory and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Follow shop standards for cleanliness, including washing dishes, wiping counters, cleaning floors and maintaining guest areas between guests and at the end of shift
- Restock retail items, paper goods, cones, tubs, pints, and supplies throughout the shift as needed
- Use FIFO (first in, first out) for all products
- Consolidate and replenish ice cream tubs from the walk‑in freezer
- Pack online orders accurately
- Answer phones professionally and assist customers
- Host the line, guide guests, and explain shop options
- Float between tasks to support the scooping team
- Taste flavors daily to better describe them to guests
Job Qualifications (Please read before applying)
- Ability to scoop ice cream, handle cash, light baking, clean, and provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to lift and restock 25 lb tubs of ice cream
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
- Must be available at least one weekend day every week and 2-3 shifts per week, depending on the season
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and committed to your schedule
- Ability to operate a POS system and perform basic math
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, friendly, outgoing attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to multitask in both slow and fast-paced environments
- Guest service or catering experience is a plus
- Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card before starting (instructions provided upon hire)

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
