We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, utensils, and condiments in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Greet guests warmly in person, assist with food selections, and answer questions about menu options including wine knowledge when applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen workspace, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety management protocols.
- Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace when setting up or clearing tables or restocking supplies.
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for any paid items or upgrades.
- Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Assist with catering or banquet setups as needed to support larger events or group breakfasts.
- Support team members in food preparation and service activities to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures is essential.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations safely.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person.
- Experience with food handling, serving, and processing cash transactions using POS systems.
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Familiarity with wine knowledge is a plus for serving beverages responsibly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift weights as needed, and perform manual handling tasks comfortably.
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous.
- A background in the food industry or culinary experience will support success in this role.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
