Type: Hourly/Temp to Hire
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
- Source Talent: Connect with candidates nationwide to fill exciting roles for our clients
- Engage & Recruit: Handle inbound and outbound recruiting calls, reviewing resumes, and guiding candidates through the application process
- Maintain Compliance: Assist with I-9 completions and E-verifications, ensuring all documentation is in order
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Stay Organized: Keep accurate notes and manage job orders in our ATS system
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2-3 years of experience in staffing/recruiting, specifically in a temporary labor market
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in web applications and Microsoft Word/Excel
- A go-getter mentality with the ability to self-manage and work effectively in teams
- Experience sourcing candidates through social media and community resources
- Avionte BOLD experience is a plus
