We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist who brings warmth, organization, enthusiasm, and strong communication to every patient interaction. Someone who does not just answer phones or schedule appointments, but helps create a calm, professional, and positive experience from the very first conversation.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with front desk, customer service, or healthcare experience, or for a student interested in physical therapy, healthcare, or patient care who wants hands-on experience inside a growing clinic.
Dynamic Physical Therapy recently opened its second clinic in the Sugarhouse area of Salt Lake City, close to Westminster University and the University of Utah. We are growing faster than expected and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth.

What You’ll Do
Patient Check-In, Check-Out, and Front Desk Support
- Welcome patients warmly and create a positive front desk experience
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
Scheduling and Patient Communication
- Schedule appointments and help manage the clinic calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions with professionalism and empathy
- Follow up with patient leads by phone and email
- Help convert inquiries into scheduled evaluations and appointments
EMR, Data Entry, and Clinic Communication
- Enter and update patient information accurately in the EMR
- Support clean, organized, and accurate documentation
- Use Google Workspace and Slack to communicate with the team
- Help keep the clinical team informed throughout the day
Marketing and Clinic Growth Support
- Assist with light marketing or social media support as needed
- Help represent Dynamic Physical Therapy in a positive and professional way
- Support a growing clinic that is expanding quickly in the Sugarhouse community
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have front desk, receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience
- Are interested in physical therapy, healthcare, or patient care
- Are a strong communicator by phone, email, and in person
- Are enthusiastic, empathetic, organized, and dependable
- Can manage multiple priorities while staying calm and professional
- Are comfortable learning EMR systems, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team

Medical front desk experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, communication skills, and desire to learn.
What’s In It for You
- Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week
