Responsibilities:

Greet customers professionally at the Front Desk

Answer and direct phone calls

Schedule and manage client appointments

Provide clear information regarding program eligibility

Process online and on-demand applications

Maintain confidentiality and detailed records
Required Qualifications:

Required 3+ years of consecutive office or administrative experience
- Required Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history

Professional customer service and communication skills

Strong computer and data-entry skills

Required High school diploma or equivalent
