Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks and other vehicles to deliver appliances to residential locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Unload appliances from trucks using liftgates and personal strength, ensuring secure handling during transit.
- Install appliances accurately by following schematics and technical instructions
- Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site to resolve problems efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery and installation process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and installations for operational records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance delivery, installation, or field service roles with a basic understanding of electrical work and plumbing.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating a truck or similar commercial vehicle; company vehicle operation experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing connections, refrigeration components, and general appliance installation procedures.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
