Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Asst Manager to join our team at Smoothie King. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality while fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be key in helping our team deliver the best smoothie experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels and schedule planning using Crunchtime software
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support fellow team captains in budgeting and financial planning as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus.
