Job Title: Assistant Superintendant

Arkon Homes is looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Assistant Superintendant. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations, assisting with project coordination, maintaining communication between homeowners and subcontractors, and ensuring the Arkon standard of quality is met throughout every stage of the building process.
No two days look the same in this role — this position includes both office coordination and time in the field on active job sites. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, outgoing, and enjoys working with both people and projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and coordinate construction schedules, timelines, and closing dates
- Schedule, track, and complete homeowner warranty items
- Assist with buyer walkthroughs and maintain communication throughout the building process
- Coordinate job tasks and updates with subcontractors
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure company standards are maintained
- Attend and participate in safety meetings
- Help manage project details, documentation, and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and trade partners
- Assist with general administrative and computer-based tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, outgoing, and professional personality
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Basic computer skills required
- Construction, scheduling, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
