We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of several maintenance disciplines.
This is a full time position that requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends, excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. There will be guest interaction in this position.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have prior experience and be able to demonstrate proficiency in maintenance functions including several of the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, professional painting, HVAC and other mechanical disciplines.
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. and routinely perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders and walking significant distances.
