Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime: Occasional Friday overtime as needed
Pay: $28–$38/hour, based on proven setup ability and experience
Sign-On Bonus: Possible for candidates with strong fastener setup experience

North East Fasteners Corporation is a well-established manufacturer of aerospace, military, and commercial fasteners, operating from a clean, organized, and professionally maintained facility in Terryville, Connecticut.
We are looking for experienced Cold Header Setup/Operators and Roll Thread Setup/Operators who take pride in precision work, disciplined setups, and producing quality parts efficiently. What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate cold heading and/or roll threading machines for precision fastener production
- Perform tooling changes, machine setups, and efficient changeovers
- Approve first-piece parts and perform in-process inspections
- Use precision measuring equipment to verify conformance to print and process requirements
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues to maintain quality and productivity
- Follow established procedures and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience setting up and operating cold headers and/or roll thread machines
- Strong understanding of tooling, setup, changeover, and process control
- Ability to use measuring and inspection equipment with confidence
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-minded
- Fastener manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Typically 3+ years of related experience preferred

Trainee Opportunity Also Available
We are also open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who want to build a career in fastener manufacturing.
Trainees may start at $25+/hour, with room for rapid advancement based on performance and ability.
