Position Summary: Service Coordinator/Onsite is responsible for coordinating recruitment and placement needs as well as providing excellent customer service by engaging in employee and client interaction. A Service Coordinator strives to find great employees and place them with great clients, always placing the right candidate for the right job! The starting pay rate will be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Core functions of a PriorityWorkforce Service Coordinator / On-site Specialist include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment and Placement
- Daily applicant intake, source, and screen potential applicants
- Aid in the sourcing of applicants by way of referrals, job fairs, internet sources, developing relationships with recruitment centers, and other creative avenues.
- Client Relations
- Understanding individual client needs and building rapport with all client contacts.
- Constant communication with clients by way of phone calls, email, or site visits.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a liaison between our contingent employees and client companies.
- Safety
- Perform new hire safety orientation training.
Requirements:
- Deliver exceptional customer service skills and interaction to our 3C’s (Client, Co-Worker, Contingent employees)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is ideal (Bilingual)
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong computer literacy and able to handle heavy email flow.
- Handle a high volume of foot traffic, phone/ email communication, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Flexibility with work schedule.
- Desire to be challenged and grow within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently and demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles enhances suitability for this position
- Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management is beneficial
