We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Panel Saw Operator to join our production team. This position plays a key role in the precision cutting of materials used in our high-end custom cabinetry.

Operate Panel Saws/CNC to cut wood panels and sheet goods according to specifications.

Read and interpret cut lists, shop drawings, and work orders.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in cuts to meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

4 ½ days (7am-4:30pm M thru Th. & F - 8 am- noon.)

Work Location: In person (Schaefferstown, PA 17088)

Previous experience operating a Panel Saw/CNC in a woodworking or cabinetry environment is required.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cut sheets.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately.

Physically able to lift and move sheet goods and stand for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
