Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Hospital Software Sales professional to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical and healthcare technology sales, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth by engaging hospital administrators and healthcare providers through product demonstrations, technical sales expertise, and strategic account management.
Duties
- Cultivate new client relationships and expand existing accounts within the hospital and healthcare sector through targeted outside sales efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our workforce management solutions tailored to hospital needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, leveraging analysis skills to identify market opportunities.
- Engage in detailed negotiations with hospital decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their operational requirements and budget constraints.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining detailed records using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical guidance during the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet specific hospital workflows, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
Experience
- Proven success in client capture in B2B SOFTWARE sales within the healthcare , with a special preference for expereince in advanced Nurse Scheduling software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product demos and communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive environment.
- Experience managing key accounts through strategic account management practices and customer relationship development.
- Familiarity with analysis techniques for market research, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a competitive setting.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
