We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join our leadership team and help drive culinary excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Position Overview
The Chef de Cuisine plays a key leadership role in daily kitchen operations, execution, and team development. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about consistency, quality, and team growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and develop BOH team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Support scheduling, labor management, and cost control initiatives
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve systems, processes, and execution
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of kitchen leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
- High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
