Position Overview
Three C's Landscaping is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting new people, and helping customers bring their landscaping visions to life.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and on-site visits

Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess landscaping needs

Prepare and present detailed proposals, estimates, and service plans

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure project success

Track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions

Stay knowledgeable about landscaping services, seasonal offerings, and industry trends
Qualifications

Previous experience in outside sales (landscaping or construction industry preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Basic knowledge of landscaping services, plants, and outdoor design

Ability to read property layouts and discuss project concepts with clients
