Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented, self motivated Real Estate Closing Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Closing Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Real Estate agents and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the real estate industry and looking to gain valuable experience. Excellent time management skills and customer service skills are needed and the ability to be adaptable in an every changing and fast environment.
Duties:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Conduct credit analysis and financial services for clients
- Perform basic math calculations for property listings, sales, and financial transactions
- Gather and organize information for files on outside and private sales
-- Driving will be required, weekly trips need to be made to the area DMV and Register of Deeds to file necessary paperwork for closings
-Assist Closing Coordinator with making and tracking files for real estate sales, assisting clients with changes to subleases and titles.
