- New College Grad, or 2-3 years of fast paced customer service experience
- Ability to engage in daily communication with potential customers through cold and warm outreach
- Ability to qualify leads and recommend appropriate supply chain solutions
- Manage the full shipment lifecycle from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely updates
- Ability to maintain a personal book of business
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, including opportunities for in-person meetings
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service
