Essential Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean, dry dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans in designated storage areas.
- Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
- Any other duties deemed appropriate and necessary as instructed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be eighteen (18) years or older.
- Possess effective verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.
Working Conditions and Environment
- Frequently subject to heat, steam, hot water, cold water and cleaning agents.
- Frequent to constant periods of physical activity.
- Light, moderate and heavy lifting, pushing or pulling.
- Temperature fluctuations depending on food preparation equipment or cleaning equipment being used.
- Frequent intervals of moving about kitchen to obtain needed supplies.
