About the Role
A premier property in downtown Dallas is opening its hospitality bar and hiring a full-time daytime bartender. This is a rare bartending schedule: weekday days serving a professional crowd you will know by name.
What You'll Do
- Run daytime bar service: craft cocktails, beer, wine, coffee drinks, and non-alcoholic offerings
- Own bar presentation, prep, and cleanliness from open to close
- Manage pour costs, inventory counts, and ordering support
- Ring sales accurately through the POS and handle tabs professionally
- Support tenant events, catering service, and after-hours rentals
- Build relationships with the property's tenants and make the bar the reason people come in
- Check IDs and serve responsibly under TABC standards, every time
What You Bring
- 2+ years bartending, upscale, hotel, club, or high-volume preferred
- TABC certification and food handler card (current)
- Clean, consistent execution of classic cocktails and comfort building a menu
- Coffee competence or willingness to learn espresso-based service
- Reliability, this is a Monday-Friday book of regulars that depends on you being there
- Professional polish fit for an upscale corporate environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $22 per hour base, plus tips

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. No Nights or weekends unless a special event requires.
