Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and proper food handling procedures.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction while fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the food industry, preferably in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Experience in hospitality management including customer service excellence and shift management.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in hotel or catering environments is a plus; barista or coffee experience is advantageous but not required.
