Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Help to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a vital part of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting and possess strong communication skills.
$10-$12 hourly base plus Great Tips Potential. And… We Guarantee at least $3 per hour tip average weekly and we’ll make up the difference if not achieved so $13-$15 minimum (although we're crushing that!)

Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately.
- Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the counter area, kitchen, and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining area.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
