Our therapists work directly within schools and communities, helping children overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, family stressors, and social-emotional development. By meeting youth where they are, we're able to provide support sooner, build stronger relationships, and create lasting change.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our growing team serving Marion and surrounding communities.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Support students experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
- Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners
- Develop treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Connect families with resources that promote long-term success
- Help students build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills

Qualifications
- LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license-eligible professional
- Passion for serving children, adolescents, and families
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
