Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our dynamic skincare team. Duties
- Perform a variety of esthetic laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction, ensuring safety and efficacy.
- Provide professional skincare services such as body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to meet diverse client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, recommended products, and treatment benefits to promote retail sales.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to enhance overall client satisfaction and wellness.
- Assist clients with selecting suitable treatments and products by offering personalized consultations based on their skin type and concerns.
- Support the team with retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products during appointments and special events.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in laser treatments from an accredited program.
- Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other skincare services.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a clinical or spa setting to ensure client safety.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client loyalty.
- Experience in retail sales of skincare products or related items is preferred but not required.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
