We are hiring a Client Services Specialist to join our growing Health Benefits team.

No previous insurance experience is required. Training is provided through a structured onboarding program, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship designed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Client Services Specialist, you'll work directly with individuals, families, and small business owners to help them understand their health benefit options and make informed decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meet with clients to understand their healthcare and benefit needs
- Educate clients on available health and supplemental insurance solutions
- Recommend benefit options based on each client's goals and budget
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Complete enrollment applications and maintain accurate client records
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
