The Physical Therapist (PT) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy services for patients as prescribed by the attending physician.

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility and function

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides as appropriate

Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina

Strong clinical and patient care skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
