About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, professional Drug Test Collector to join our team. This role is primarily field-based and involves driving to various client locations to perform drug and alcohol testing while also handling in-house operations. This role is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working independently and interacting professionally with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to off-site locations (workplaces, schools, accident sites, client facilities, etc.) to perform drug and alcohol collections
- Follow established protocols and maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures
- Collect urine, breath, and/or other specimen types as required
- Perform observed urine collections as needed
- Ensure samples are labeled, documented, and transported accurately
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients and donors
- Complete reports and documentation promptly
- Safely operate the company vehicle and manage travel time effectively
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Willingness to drive as part of daily duties, sometimes driving long distances
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Flexibility to take assignments that may suddenly occur early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Ability to lift up to 10-20lbs (collection supplies and equipment)
- Under Oklahoma Statute 63 § 427.8, safety-sensitive positions cannot be filled by medical marijuana license holders. Applicants for this position must pass drug testing, background check, and meet all safety-sensitive requirements.

Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience as a drug testing specimen collector
- DOT certification
- Healthcare, laboratory, or compliance-related experience
- Prior experience with hair, nail, and blood specimen handling
