Summary:
Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to MNGE standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Follows job tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Floor Supervisor.
2. Responds to and or notifies Floor Supervisor of all guest requests or complaints.
3. Replenish all supplies in guest rooms.
4. Clean areas assigned using approved methods/procedures, materials, equipment and supplies.
5. Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, steamers etc.
6. Work safely and efficiently, utilizing safety equipment, techniques and products.
7. Maintain assigned equipment is a clean, orderly and safe condition.
8. Cross train as necessary and when assigned by supervisors or management.
9. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
10. Utilize phone, radios and or other methods such as ipad or computer tablets.
11. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
HS Diploma; and/or combination of education & experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a Hotel Housekeeping or Janitorial service position preferred but not required. Possess a friendly and out-going personality, enjoy working closely with others and willing to provide a positive experience to hotel’s guest.
