What you’ll do
Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage management team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Assist with scheduling, inventory records, purchasing documentation, reporting, correspondence, and coordination between kitchen, service, suppliers, and management teams.
Prepare, maintain, and organize departmental records, reports, and files. Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation and support stock control procedures.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes. Handle telephone calls, emails, and internal communications.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative, hospitality, or food & beverage environment is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good at problem solving and multitasking and highly organized.
