Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Repair or replace defective components through welding, electrical work, or mechanical adjustments to ensure continuous operation.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control manufacturing processes effectively.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as needed for facility upkeep and aesthetic improvements.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Supervise junior technicians or contractors during maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
Requirements

- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.
- Hands-on welding skills with the ability to fabricate or repair metal components.
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits, wiring, and working with PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and safety procedures in English.
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques for facility aesthetics.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members effectively.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing.
