Arbor Terrace Herndon is hiring a Painter / Maintenance Technician to help prepare resident apartments, complete painting projects, and maintain a beautiful senior living community.

Interior painting and touch-up work throughout the community
Assisting with apartment turns and preparing rooms for new residents
Completing general maintenance and minor repair projects
Supporting the Maintenance Director with daily community upkeep
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment
Organizing maintenance tools and supplies
Previous painting experience strongly preferred
General handyman or maintenance experience
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Starting pay up to $22/hour
Consistent full-time schedule
