We are seeking an energetic and strategic Regional Manager to lead multiple business units across a designated geographic area. Requirements:
- Strong multifamily property management experience.
- Proven track record overseeing multiple apartment communities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s primary field representative for the Columbus portfolio.
- Be the go-to person for property teams when unique situations or operational questions arise.
- Communicate property needs with the corporate/back-office team.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate Property Managers and on-site staff.
- Oversee occupancy, leasing, collections, expenses, and overall property performance.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
- Oversee maintenance operations, unit turns, and capital improvement projects.
- Review leasing performance, collections, and legal filings.
- Lead bank, lender, county, and insurance inspections and ensure violations are corrected.
- Manage insurance claims from start to finish.
- Oversee bank-required and insurance-related repairs.
- Review and approve invoices.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships.
- Develop marketing and leasing strategies, including monthly market surveys.
- Gain a thorough understanding of each property’s maintenance needs (roofing, mechanical systems, plumbing, etc.) to ensure issues are properly addressed.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Property Managers to review work orders, leasing, collections, and legal matters.
- Participate in weekly corporate meetings reviewing property performance and budgets.
- Interview and hire staff.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors.
- Investigate and resolve resident concerns while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with city inspectors.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
