Step into our panel shop and collaborate with the Electrical Lead to turn engineered drawings into dependable control panels. Your craft—clean wiring, careful routing, and disciplined safety—keeps projects on time and customers up and running.
- Work under the direction of the Electrical Lead to plan and execute panel builds aligned to the project schedule.
- Study schematics and component specs; ask smart questions to eliminate ambiguity.
- Assist with wiring, labeling, and terminating to spec, double-checking against the prints.
- Collaborate with the panel builder to verify accuracy and maintain momentum.
- Keep tools serviced and your area organized for quality and safety.
- Support equipment wiring and machine installation at customer facilities when required, including in hot/cold or dirty conditions.
- Meet deadlines, complete assignments precisely, and take on additional duties as directed.

- Proficient with common panel-building tools: hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting.
- Organized, detail-minded, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Background in electrical wiring, panel fabrication, and troubleshooting is a plus.
