Operations Associate
The Operations Associate at ALIVE plays a vital role in keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming while supporting an exceptional member experience. This position is ideal for a motivated, dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and enjoys supporting a wellness-focused community.
This role is hands-on and active, with a strong focus on studio cleaning and laundry throughout each shift, in addition to front desk and member support duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire studio during the shift, including lobby, studios, restrooms, and common areas
- Manage laundry throughout the shift, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking towels and cleaning supplies
- Ensure all studios are reset and ready between classes
- Welcome members, provide a friendly first impression, and deliver a consistent “10” customer service experience
- Check students into class accurately, including pre-registered and walk-in guests
- Become knowledgeable in memberships, enrollments, and class sign-ups to assist members effectively
- Research and resolve basic membership questions and communicate issues appropriately
- Communicate the condition and needs of the studio to management
- Take ownership of studio upkeep and address issues as they arise to support daily operations
Schedule & Shifts
Shifts typically range from 4–6 hours, depending on the day. Team members must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week. Shift availability includes:
Weekdays
- 4:15 a.m. (6 hours)
- 10:15 a.m. (6 hours)
- 4:15 p.m. (6 hours)
Friday
Weekends
- 6:30 a.m. (4.75 hours)
- 11:15 a.m. (5 hours)
- 4:15 p.m. (4 hours)
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 30.0 per week
