Columbia Sussex Management LLC is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor for our Reverends Bar and Kitchen and Banquet Department in Windsor CT
Must have experience in a supervisory type position within restaurants and Banquets.. Assist F & B Director in all phases of Food and Beverage operations. Responsible for complete in the Food and Beverage Departments operation in absence of manager. Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service. Micros experience a plus. Should possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform Scheduling , Daily reports, and monthly inventories. Needs to have Excel, Word, and Microsoft office knowledge.
This role is a duel positon as a Restaruant Supervisor as well a Banquet Captain. Schedule will be based on hotel volume and functions
