Purpose
Prepare estimates for maintenance, repair, service, emergency response, and small capital improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Review work orders and service requests.
- Perform site walkthroughs.
- Define repair scope.
- Price labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and mobilization.
- Prepare customer proposals.
- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors.
- Track proposal status.
- Recommend repair vs. replacement options.
- Support preventive maintenance contracts.

Operations Manager
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
