We are a large residential community with more than 80 apartments and are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to help maintain the property and keep our common areas clean and well-kept.
The position will involve a variety of cleaning and property-maintenance responsibilities, including:
- Mopping and maintaining hallways and other common areas
- Cleaning and maintaining the leasing office and shared spaces
- Completing apartment touch-ups between residents
- Performing light painting and other basic property upkeep
- Moving heavy appliances and other items using dollies and an elevator
- Assisting with general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the property
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently or in a team, and able to handle physical tasks.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
