We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will create a welcoming and judgement free shopping experience while assisting guests with product selection, answering question, and providing exceptional customer serivce. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing adult wellness products, lingerie, and intimate accessories in a respectful and informative manner. If you enjoy helping people, working independently, and creating a positive retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties
- Greet every guest warmly, and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist guest with product recommendations and purchases
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system and process transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
- Receive and stock merchandise deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and age-verification requirements
- Help create a comfortable, welcoming. and inclusive shopping experience for all guests
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing and professional
- Comfortable discussing adult wellness and intimate products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
