??? ?Spend approximately 75% of time on the floor supervising the Concessions operation
??? ?Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
??? ?Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
??? ?Supervise Concessions team regarding production, quality and control

Additional Responsibilities
??? ?Lead the front of the house of the dining operation conjunction with the Division Manager of Concessions
??? ?Plans, directs, and coordinates food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to the consumer
??? ?Supervisory Responsibility: This position will closely supervise four Concessions Managers.
