- Must have HHA or PCA Certification
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support, to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
- Support patients in following individualized care plans to promote independence and overall well‑being.
- Monitor patients’ physical and emotional conditions and report any changes or concerns to clinical supervisors.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care while building trust and maintaining patient dignity and quality of life.
