Behavioral Health Tech (Residential)
Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) provides direct support to clients in a residential behavioral health treatment setting. This role focuses on maintaining a structured environment, implementing treatment plans, and assisting with daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support clients in daily routines.
- Monitor client behavior and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Assist with group activities and therapeutic exercises.
- Document client progress and behavior.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

- Ability to de-escalate situations and provide crisis intervention.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health.
Additional Requirements:
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining licensure and certifications.
- If in recovery, a minimum of 2 years of sobriety is required.
