Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning, ensuring options are nutritious and appealing.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations.
- Handle food with care, utilizing proper food handling techniques at all times.
- Collaborate with team members in meal preparation and catering services for events.
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques to ensure quality output.
- Provide exceptional service during meal service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support the kitchen team with daily operations, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Background in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation are essential.
- Familiarity with catering services and serving techniques is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required.

Pay: $19.57 - $20.75 per hour
