Position: Assistant Store Leader (Part-Time)

The Assistant Manager position is ideal for both career growth opportunities as well as students or individuals that are looking to balance other commitments with a part-time job. There is availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts within this position.
Responsibilities for the Assistant Manager position include…
- Have excellent customer service
- Be dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts
- Recognize the needs of the store in regards to operations, cleanliness and sales performance
- Have food preparation and handling skills
- Take regular inventory of store products and supplies
- Respect the health and safety of employees and customers
- Communicate with your fellow employees and be an overall team player
- Lead shifts as Manager on Duty
- Hold employees accountable, as well as hold consistent communication with Store Leader on challenges and solutions
- Must have some daytime and weekend availability
