Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Orchard Sales associates to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting fresh orchard products, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the sales area is well-maintained. Your enthusiasm for fresh produce and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming shopping experience for our visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with product selections
- Provide information about orchard products and seasonal offerings
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- Restock shelves and displays as needed
- Promote special offers and seasonal promotions
- Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours Monday - Friday
- Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
