You will join a respected group of four family physicians and six advanced practice providers serving patients of all ages in a modern, well-equipped clinic attached to our 25-bed critical access hospital. In this role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care with the opportunity to admit and care for patients at PACHS as needed. You will enjoy a balanced practice supported by advanced imaging services, strong specialty outreach, integrated technology, and an excellent call arrangement.

- Deliver full-scope family medicine care to patients across the lifespan

Manage chronic and acute medical conditions with a personalized, relationship-based approach

Admit patients to PACHS’s 25-bed critical access hospital as needed

Participate in a 1:6 weekday call rotation; weekend call supported by contracted services

Collaborate closely with a broad range of visiting specialists, including Cardiology, ENT, Gynecology, Psychiatry, Pulmonology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Surgery, and Urology

Utilize advanced diagnostics including CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, bone densitometry, vascular studies, and mobile nuclear medicine

Document care through an integrated electronic medical record with access to telemedicine and teleradiology

Support quality improvement, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance

Work as part of a cohesive, patient-centered clinical team
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine

Eligibility for Iowa medical licensure, controlled substance certification, and DEA
