About the Role
Sapphire Sky Events is seeking a motivated, professional, and personable Wedding & Event Sales Consultant to join our growing event décor company.
This is a commission-based position focused on communicating with prospective clients and converting qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings. We provide the leads — your role is to build relationships with potential clients, understand their event vision, present our décor services and packages, follow up professionally, and guide them through the booking process.
You will primarily work with couples planning weddings and clients looking for elegant, luxury event décor throughout Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with new leads provided by Sapphire Sky Events
- Conduct phone and/or video consultations with potential clients
- Learn about each client's event, vision, décor preferences, venue, budget, and priorities
- Explain our décor packages, services, upgrades, and customization options
- Recommend appropriate décor options based on the client's needs
- Follow up with interested clients in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships and provide an excellent client experience
- Work toward converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain organized communication and notes for each client
- Coordinate with the Sapphire Sky Events team regarding pricing, availability, custom requests, and event details

- Organized and responsive
- Comfortable discussing pricing and helping clients make purchasing decisions
- Able to understand different wedding and event décor styles
- Motivated by performance and commission-based earnings
- Reliable and able to represent Sapphire Sky Events professionally
Previous experience in sales, wedding planning, event décor, hospitality, luxury services, or customer relations is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales and communication skills.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position, with compensation earned on successfully booked events.
Sapphire Sky Events provides the incoming leads, so this position is focused primarily on consultations, relationship building, follow-up, and closing sales rather than generating your own leads.
The more events you successfully book, the greater your earning potential.

Our services include custom draping, floral décor, ceremony designs, reception décor, centerpieces, stages, sweetheart table designs, dance floors, special effects, and complete event transformations.
We are looking for someone who can represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence while helping potential clients turn their vision into an unforgettable event.
Pay: $26.30 - $31.67 per hour
