As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Brian Head Lodge, you'll lead the team that makes our guests feel like they're walking into something truly special — every single stay. You'll keep operations running smoothly, your crew motivated, and our rooms looking their absolute best.
What You'll Do:

Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations, ensuring rooms and common areas meet BHL's cleanliness and presentation standards.

Inspect guest rooms and public spaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality and consistency.

Assign daily tasks, manage team schedules, and coordinate workloads based on occupancy and property needs.

Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, standards, and safety protocols.

Track room status and communicate updates with the front desk to keep guests moving in on time.

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, submitting requests as needed.

Address and resolve any guest concerns related to room cleanliness or housekeeping services with professionalism.

Complete additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
What We're Looking For:

Has a high school diploma or GED.

Has prior housekeeping or hospitality experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Leads with a positive attitude and can motivate a team on busy days.

Has strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss.

Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and mornings as needed.

Can communicate clearly with team members and other departments.

Can pass a background check.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs throughout a shift.
