Dispatcher – Roofing Insurance Claims
Pay: $17.50/hour

About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Dispatcher to join our roofing team. This position plays an important role in keeping our insurance restoration projects organized and moving forward.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers and CRM software, entering information accurately, communicating with insurance carriers, and keeping detailed records. Roofing/construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Submit PA contracts and required documentation to insurance carriers
Schedule and coordinate roof inspections
Communicate with insurance carriers, customers, and internal team members
Navigate and maintain our CRM system
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Upload contracts, documents, photos, and other project information
Leave clear, detailed notes in the CRM regarding project updates and communications
Keep customer and insurance information organized and up to date
Track inspections, adjust loss inspections, paperwork, and project deadlines
Follow up on outstanding documentation and scheduling need
Help ensure projects move efficiently from one stage to the next
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to navigate a CRM and accurately enter information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to leave detailed and professional notes
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Previous experience in roofing, insurance claims, construction, or a similar administrative role is a plus but not required
Experience working with insurance carriers is a plus
