Servers ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience with exceptional customer service. Accurately taking guests orders, serving the meals and drinks and clearing tables; while seeing to the guests in a friendly happy manner. Following and maintaining the following: our reputation and our high standards for performance; quality standards; health and safety of The Hershey Pantry Restaurant Group.
Qualifications:
§ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a working in environment with time constraints.
§ Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort in working on computers, talking and using a POS system.
§ High standards of customer service.

Environmental and Physical Demands:
§ Required to work outside in all types of weather.
§ Required to walk three flights of steps.
§ Required to be on your feet, walking, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling throughout a shift (100% of time).
§ Required to lift up to 25lbs.
