We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Supervisor for our Unarmed Security Guard team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment across our facilities. Your energetic leadership will motivate your team to uphold the highest standards of safety, surveillance, and loss prevention. With your expertise, you will oversee daily security activities, manage incident responses, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of unarmed security guards to ensure effective coverage of assigned areas
- Conduct regular patrols and fence checks to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
- Manage incident response procedures, including conflict management, first aid, CPR, and law enforcement coordination when necessary
- Oversee loss prevention initiatives by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing preventative measures
- Train and mentor security personnel on surveillance techniques, conflict resolution, emergency procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and security documentation
- Enforce access control policies by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
Experience
- AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF SECURITY SUPERVISION OR MANAGEMENT
- Proven experience in security management or supervision within a law enforcement, military, or private security setting
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management and emergency response procedures including first aid and CPR certification
- Familiarity with security best practices
- Experience working with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders is highly desirable
- Prior exposure to conflict resolution and security operations in fast-paced environments
